2. Non-Returnable Items

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Lujayn Fashion will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return or exchange is requested for personal reasons (such as size preference where applicable), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
