Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During promotional campaigns, festivals, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Occasionally, Lujayn Fashion may offer Free Shipping during promotional campaigns or for orders above a specified purchase amount.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive an order confirmation or tracking information via SMS, email, or phone call, depending on the courier service.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable to receive the order
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Repeated delivery failures

the order may be returned to Lujayn Fashion.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please notify the delivery personnel immediately and contact our customer support as soon as possible.

10. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept an order without a valid reason, Lujayn Fashion reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or require advance payment for future purchases.
